Re: Gateway login issue
Hi Kiemal.
I've run into this issue in the near past.
If you use Web Credentials, make sure all user names are defined with lower case characters only.
Hope it helps.
Cheers.

Re: Gateway login issue
Hi Kiemal.
That, I wouldn't know. Hopefully someone from TSP support will jump in and clarify.
I have never used "." in my usernames. Instead I use "_" when I want to separate composed names, something like "test_account".
If I were you, I would give it a shot and see if it works.
Best.

Re: Gateway login issue
I create user test_test in AD , and try to login.
The problem remained.
Username not accepted. After input username i have X on the right side.

Re: Gateway login issue
Hi Kiemal.
Sorry, I meant the Web Credential user. The Windows user can be set with upper cases and such. The problem is with the Web Credentials usernames, if you use them. This is what I mean: https://www.terminalserviceplus.com/doc ... redentials
If you don't use Web Credentials, then something else must be going on.
Cheers.
