Hello,
We have 4 servers with TSPlus and periodically have problems with printing (on all servers). The print is stuck after some time. When open "See what's printing" window, there is stucked job with status "Paused-Printing-Restarting". After that, other printing requests are accumulating and nobody can print any more. Then we must stop printer spooler service, delete all requests from c:\Windows\System32\spool\PRINTERS\ and start service to continue.
Do you have any idea what it can be?
All servers are on Windows Server 2012 R2, TSPlus versions are 10.30 and 10.40 but this problem existed with earlier versions too.
Thanks
Printing problem
Re: Printing problem
Hello,
You should prevent printer redirection and use the Universal Printer instead to prevent this issue from happening.
This behavior is related to redirected printers, you can update your printer drivers on your server and delete obsolete drivers to prevent this issue.
You can also open a services.msc and edit the properties of the spool service to add extra auto restart of the service on error to prevent this behavior from happening too often.

Re: Printing problem
On our servers redirection is disabled by Group Policy. There is no printers except Universal Printer. There was never a printer driver since windows installation.
