MS Outlook Usage on Client Side within a Session

Hello all

Can someone please shed some light on this one?

I have stumbled across some information with regards to "Using the user PC local Outlook to send mails within a session". (http://docplayer.net/2332825-Local-pc-t ... guide.html)

Can this be done?
I really do not wish to load Outlook onto the main Server TSplus machine. The client having to deal with 2 MS Outlooks will just get confusing...
Does anybody out there have any advice?

The "outlook on client feature" in on our roadmap for this year, we hope to be able to provide it to you by the end of the year.

That would be awesome and also very handy for our customers.
Will this feature work in the HTML5 Client (browser) and in the Microsoft RDP Client?

Hello,

This feature will only be supported for generated connection client for now.

This was a sort of a promise for the end of 2016. Can we substitute 2016 for 2017 or shall we forget about the whole thing.
