RDP Works, Seamless works, Remote app does not work

RDP Works, Seamless works, Remote app does not work

Like in the title: All works, except the remote app.
I can perfectly use the RDP or the seamless, but not the remote app, neither with a generated client nor with the one started from the webserver.
When i start the remote app, it opens like a rdp session, I click connect, it says 'starting..' and then it does nothing. When I click on 'show details', I can see the windows logon screen of the remote pc (running tsplus), but it stays on the logon screen (saying 'other user'). So it seems it is havind some kind of logon issue. But again, this only with the remote app.
But I would like to see this solved if possible.

Please check this documentation for more information : http://www.terminalserviceplus.com/docs ... ion-client
Possibly you are not using an operating system supporting remote app or you published the remote desktop to your users, which is not compatible with RemoteApp.

Thank you for the reply!
In the documentation it says:

On the Client side, the installation of RDP6 or above is imperative.
On the Server side, TSplus has to be installed on a Windows 7 Ultimate or Enterprise, Windows 8 or 8.1 Enterprise, W10 or Windows 2008/2012.

IRL: On client side I have RDP10 installed
On the server side, TSplus is installed on a W10 machine.

So to me this looks ok and compatible as stated in the documentation.

Do you have any idea what can be the cause of this problem?
