“logonsession” in the titlebar and “File Not Found”

Hello
RDP access is operational, it shows a login password request then after securing and configuring it shows the welcome screen then says “logonsession” in the titlebar and “File Not Found” in the box, It is a windows server 2012 with 9.6 tsplus version

So there is not task bar and is not possible to close the session.

This means that your antivirus has blocked and / or quarantine the logonsession.exe process.

TSPlus is 100% virus free.
We often had some issues in the past with antivirus as we do use some scripting in our code. This is why it is recommended to deactivate your antivirus before installing TSPlus and set an exclusion rule on installation path is also highly recommended.
You will need to set an exclusion rule in your antivirus on the following path : C:\Program Files (86)\TSPlus and C:\wsession

On client side the exclusion is to be set the following path : C:\Users\Nameoftheuser\RDP6
