I´m uninstalling Tsplus but, unfortunately, I don't have available the complete media (only update releases) to do the reinstall.
Can I install the eval version and then introduce my right license?

I reply myself:

Yes, it's possible to license an eval version.

The system is working fine right now after the following steps:
  1. Uninstall
  2. Install 9.10
  3. Update to 9.60.12.12 ==> OK
  4. Update to 9.70.12.19 ==> Universal Printer Fails
  5. Downgrade to 9.60.12.12 ==> Ok again
Direct installing 9.70 also doesn't work.
Seems like the problem is since release > 9.60.12.12 until now.

My results are, by the way, compatible with the Redline's OP.
Although I still can not find the scheduled task, universalprinter.exe is now running.

Clean installing an older version (and not going too further) did the trick.

We are having the same issue on a 2012R2 site, thanks for the solution we will try it now

We have taken 2012R2 customer back to 9.6.11.28 as that is a version we had to hand. Working correctly now. We tried again with more recent versions but Universal Printing then stopped working, so back to the earlier version for us

I am seeing the same thing starting in 9.60. I upgraded to version 9.70.12.19
Same issue with remote app not printing to universal printer.
Is there an update or universal printer install to get this working ?
From the forum it looks like 9.6.11.28 works but where can I find it to download ?

Hello,

The download link for previous version is : http://dl-files.com/archives/9.60.12.8/ ... tsplus.exe
Rename the executable into Setup-TSplus.exe before executing it.

Follow these steps :

1- Make sure no users are connected, then uninstall TSplus, reboot your computer.
2- Download and install the setup.
3- Apply your license again, your server should be fine.

I recommended you also to deactivate your antivirus before installing TSPlus.

So after uninstalling I am not able to re install.
Giving the error message that tsplus is already installed on this system or its uninstall has not been completed
Uninstalled, Rebooted, running the uninst.exe, rebooting again.
Install of any version is giving me this error message.

I have tried the re install with 9.60.12.8 , v9.60.12.12, v9.70.12.19

Strange, the uninstall and reboot removed control panel and IE from 2012 start menu.

After uninstall and reboot, make sure these folders are removed too - otherwise remove them - and try to reinstall again.

C:\Program files (x86)\TSplus
