Re: Unistall fail
Hello,
I am sorry to read that you went into such issue.
This strange and rare issue is related to the use of old version of TSplus (8.xx).
I am attaching a .reg file to be executed on your server to restore these lost file associations.
In order to reinstall TSplus sucessfully on your server, please make sure these two folders do not remain, if so delete them :
C:\wsession
C:\Program files (x86)\TSplus

Re: Unistall fail
It is the second time, I think the situation is:
1) Machine with tsplus ver 8x is updated to ver 9.x
2) In order to install java 64 I unistall
3) Install java 64 Bits try to run setup however show me that tsplus is installed.
4) I run uninstall.exe and the problem with .exe is generated.
What is the procedure to uninstall tsplus 8.x in oprder to avoid this situatio? when I have to delete this folders:
C:\wsession
C:\Program files (x86)\TSplus
After or before uninstall?

Re: Unistall fail
Hello,
Uninstall java using add / remove feature of the control panel, then delete the java folders located in C:\Program files (x86) and C:\ProgramData (this is a hidden folder).
Reinstall java 64 bits.
