Stuck signing off when signing in

I dont know why but some of the users of our hyper-v windows 10 install, when they remote desktop in, it will take them to a screen that says "signing out" as if the profile won't completely sign out and gets hung. Any idea how to fix this?

You will need to check the following :

- Published applications : Provide access to the remote desktop application only is the best way to troubleshoot this, because some application error message may be hidden when publishing and assigning a unique application.

- Logon script acting not as it should.

- Corrupted user profile, delete the user profile folder and the user and recreate it.

It's just the remote desktop that starts up. Nothing special. It doesn't happen every time either.
