Problem with TSPlus Gateway on port 443

Hi,
I'm trying to setup a TSPlus gateway behind a firewall.

on the firewall I have setup a NAT rule on HTTPS (443) port to enable the access from the outside.
the html5 version works great, and the remoteApp started from the browser works great too.

the problem is the generated client that seems to ignore the load balancing port and doesn't start.

this is the configuration of the client:

is this behavior correct?
may I have to open the port 80 on the firewall only to let the load balancing work?
