Focus keep missing while using TS PLUS

Hi Experts,

i encountered a strange phenomenon when using TS Plus

this happen in one of my client pc (other pc are ok)
when using the ts plus connection (the remoteapp) and opening other program (ex. ms word/excel)
then if tryin to use the other program, the focus at the other program become lost after a while

but when the ts plus connection is closed, everything is normal again, the focus wont be lost while using other program

has anyone experience issue like this?

on the server
im using tsplus administration 8.50.12.21
windows server 2012 r2 64 bit

on the client that has this issue
windows 8.1 pro 64 bit 8gb ram

Hello,

While I am unsure of what could be causing this, could you try reducing your application in the taskbar instead of simply switching from app to app ?

i reinstall the windows and everything works fine
still not sure what caused it
