Assigning Servers to Users

I can't seem to assign servers to users by group membership. The option to assign servers by groups exists under the 'Assign Servers to Users' panel but it doesn't seem to work. I would really like to use this feature as assigning servers to hundreds of users manually is definitely not ideal. Thanks!

What version of TSplus are you using ? This sounds like a bug that was corrected in 8.30.

I'm running 8.30.8.1. Is there a config file I can check or edit which might allow me to circumnavigate this problem?

I asked our development team about this and it seems to be a known bug, which will be resolved in 8.40. This release should be ready in early September.
