Web Portal Design Tool Doesn't Respect Port Assignments

Hi

When I change the web server port to 8080 and then use the Web Portal Design tool the preview fails. If I Add :8080 into the url then the preview page is displayed. This means the design tool does not send the preview browser the correct URL. It fails to respect the port re-assignments.

I could not reproduce this issue, I believe you simply need to restart your web server once you changed your HTTP / HTTPS port.
