Been running v5.20.12.10 for years > purchased upgrade > cannot install / cannot find license in v.5.20.12.10 only Product ID
Admin Tool only says: License Activated -- none of the updates found will install.
There is a link to update/show license but it wont install without support plan purchased.
also, is the an uninstall tool? Attempting a fresh install from the Upgrade gave an error that TSPlus was 'installed' (after uninstall) .

Please open a support ticket here with the following information :
- original purchase order
- support & update purchase order
- serial number located in the licensing tile of the admin tool
The support team will generate a new license file and installation procedure for a proper update of your server.

I've opened a ticket yesterday after purchase - no response as of yet.
Here is a screen cap -- there is no License tab. Where is the license screen? This is why I cannot install or upgrade.
All I have is a Product ID (which is darkend out of this screen capture). Where the heck can I find the license? thanks!!
