Printing problems

Hi

Since we setup a new Windows 2012 R2 Server and we use the Portable Generator with "Local Printers with drivers included". When the user selects the "Universal Printer" in our application the reports do not complete or the only 3/4 of the page is printed. The troubling part is when they go back to their desktop and use their regular applications their printer no longer works properly either it does not print or only partial pages are printed. They then have to re-install their print drivers.

Needless to say we have a lot of unhappy users with mis-configured printers now. So does the Portable client install new drivers on the local workstation?

In the past we only used the "PDF" print option with TSPlus and did not experience these issues.

The attached image shows the landscape print job starts a third of the way across the page instead of at the left margin. The second image shows that his normal desktop apps no longer print properly. The bottom portion of the page is no longer printing.

This seems to be a problem for networked printers. If the printer is local the issue does not occur.
