minimized app invisible!

hi
I have one big problem!
When the users minimize an application(Floating Panel Mode) cannot be restored again because it is not visible anywhere!
this problem solved on win 2012 server, but i use win server 2008.
help plz

felan bara hallesh dastresi float be userha dadam va connection ro be soorate remote ijad karam be jaye Seamless!
shoma ham agar be natije residi inja benevis bi zahmat.
