Hi All,
Newly fresh install of TS+ on Windows server 2012 Essential R2, working great, except when printing through my app, Icepdf is opening instead of Aroread with Linux firefox java client, and Icepdf view is blank, but pdf file itself in /home/tswebprint/temp is well saved.
I noticed for same action on Windows Java client, that always Sumatra is opening pdf files, despite config I have made on server regarding ''Windows/java'' printing tool i have selected.Did I miss something?

Hello,
Open an admin tool, go the web tile, and check your preference for printing. For example if you wish to be able to print with your local PDF reader you can do so here.
If the Universal Printer is shown within the control panel/printer list as “Unavailable” then you need to reinstall it using this link : dl-files.com/Setup-UniversalPrinter.exe AND REBOOT.
Note that the Universal printer is not compatible with the use of CutePDF.
