Hello -
I'm using the 15-day demo on a Win7 Ultimate box.
I m setting up an application to publish, which works great.
However, when I close my .EXE, I get the crash window of logoff.exe
This does not happen if it's configured to log into the desktop and I log off through the desktop.
Only happens when it's a published application.
Any ideas?
Thanks

Crash on Logoff.exe
Re: Crash on Logoff.exe
Hello,
Can you try this:
1) Replace in C:\Program Files (x86)\TSplus\UserDesktop\themes\Default\runlogoff.exe
By :
C:\Program Files (x86)\TSplus\UserDesktop\files\runlogoff.exe
Then
Open with notepad C:\Program Files (x86)\TSplus\UserDesktop\themes\Default\desktop0.ini
In the paragraph [Top_button]
Change command=....
by
command=runlogoff.exe
[Top_button]
command
Then
Open with notepad C:\Program Files (x86)\TSplus\UserDesktop\themes\Default\mainmenu.mnu
Change
Logoff=%C:\Program Files (x86)\TSplus\UserDesktop\files\runlogoff.exe%$icon$exit.ico
by
Logoff=%runlogoff.exe%$icon$exit.ico
Save
And copy the new mainmenu.mnu into C:\Program Files (x86)\TSplus\UserDesktop\

Re: Crash on Logoff.exe
Hello -
Thanks a lot for your response.
I have checked and double-checked that I've followed your directions, but unfortunately I get the same error.
Just to be sure I understand you correctly, did you mean to copy "C:\Program Files (x86)\TSplus\UserDesktop\files\runlogoff.exe" to the "C:\Program Files (x86)\TSplus\UserDesktop\themes\" and replace the existing runlogoff?
I did that, and modified your mainmenu.mnu then copied it to here " C:\Program Files (x86)\TSplus\UserDesktop\"
Thanks

Re: Crash on Logoff.exe
Hello,
Can you mail me the ip/port number and a logon/password/domain credential.
I would like to see on-line that problem.
Most probably, the logoff.exe program which crash is the Windows system one.
It is located in c:\windows\system32 folder.
Kind regards
John
