The HTML5 pages are not installed
The HTML5 pages are not installed
I am able to access my system fine with the Clients created, but I want to access the system via the Web. I tested this in my office and all was fine. Now I've taken the "server" to my client and am not able to log in via the Web.
I notice the system says The HTML5 pages are not installed on this system.
Is that the reason why I can't log in via the Web ?
I have googled to see how to install the pages, but I can't find a response
Can anyone here help me ?

Hello,
Please download and install the html5.html file attached to this post and extract it to the following folder : C:\Program Files (x86)\TSplus\Clients\www\software
Restart the web services, your server should be fine.

Re: The HTML5 pages are not installed
I continue to receive "The HTML5 pages are not installed on this system". I have copied the file attached to this discussion, rebooted the server, and still receive the message. I am able to get to the logon page, but once I login I receive only a blue screen. I am running version 6.70.12.12. This was working earlier in the week, but I am having no luck now. Any suggestions?
Re: The HTML5 pages are not installed
Hi
Yes, I had the same issue yesterday.
I upgraded from 6.80 to 7.20.1.29 and the file html5.html was NOT installed by the installer (only a .bak file).
After that I started the AdminTool and went to the "Web" section, then closed the AdminTool, and after that: the file html5.html was created!
Very strange! This never happened with previous updates.
So perhaps something wrong in the update installer?!
Best regards
Jeffrey

Hi
That's indeed very strange.
Perhaps you can run the AdminTool and change some settings under "Web"?
Perhaps that after that the HTML5 pages ARE installed?
And also try a reboot of your TSplus server. Who knows...

Re: The HTML5 pages are not installed
I ran Admin TOOLS, rebooted the server, change the settings to adapt the portal anyway red cross. And the tablet can access the server by html 5. strangely

Hmm, strange indeed.
Perhaps TSplus Support can advise further.

Much easier!)
I changed the server name and activation fell off. Activated and everything was fine, include cleaning login password.
Thanks for all
