Change save directory

Not sure if this is possible but I have to see if it is because it's very important.

I have a desktop app I will be running. It's actually going to open Excel and I need some way of changing where the user would save the excel file so that each user would save to a different directory. I am not using windows users, my users login to my desktop app and don't login via tsplus.
I don't really want to create windows users unless I absolutely have to.
