How is 'Named' the RDP Client's Name in User Sessions?

Is the RDP Client's Name unique and its the same for a Client connected? (see atached figure.)

How is Defined it by TSPLUS :?:

Hello,

These client's name are generated randomly for HTML5 remote connections and cannot be set to a fixed value.
