TSPLus and SAML integration

We run our own AD within Azure and are currently creating users within our AD domain to provide SaaS to multiple customers. We ask users to authenticate on the web login portal to allow access. Each different customer has their own AD group and their own instance of the application. We have successfully connected AD groups to the correct application folder to run the customer's version of the software when they login.
We are now increasingly being asked about SAML integration so that the user doesn't need to login since they are already authenticated on their own domain.
I don't really know much about this. Is it possible to allow a SSO style login where the user doesn't need to enter username/password to connect to our product. Can we use the TS plus application, which passes a SAML token to our server to authenticate the user?
Any thoughts would be appreciated.
Thanks,
John
