Terminal Service Plus

Our clients have a strange problem with the remoteapp, when they minimize the app, it seems like it is still active, desktop icons are hidden behind it. If they refresh the desktop (right click, refresh) they reappear and everything is fine. This happens on only a few computers (on 3 out of 15 total), but we don't know how to help them. We tried updating display driver, but it didn't help.
We suspected that it is something related to our app so we exported some text from it to Open Office Calc and then minimized it. Same thing happened, the ghost of Calc remains on the screen until we refresh it. If we move the mouse around, some desktop icons become visible. Here is a screenshot. Thanks in advance,

My guess is that the 3 computers are a bit older the others. The best workaround here is to teach your users to use the F5 key when they get the focus on the application they need.
