I wrote mail, but no answer.

We bought a few TSPlus servers licences in the previous period and we need new one (for unlimited number of users). This year changed the law in Serbia and now is introduced an additional tax on software purchased in some countries. This tax is not paid if we provide "certificate of residence".

Can you TSplus send us the certificate and for which country?

Yes we are handling all of our transaction from the USA using FastSpring on-line shopping professional service.

Because it is a US transaction, your purchase will be recorded as a US dollars transaction and the receipt must be in US dollars to legally reflect the transaction.

If you wish to drop a line to FastSpring about such specific request, feel free to do it, but according to me, this is a very usual and normal business process.

If I understand you correctly, FastSpring is the only payment service? Or I buy software directly from them? We need a "certificate" from a company that sells software to us.

The ideal would be to do business with a European company (for USA companies we always paid full taxes).
