We want to upgrade our server and my question is, Do I have to do the same steps to install TSPLUS on the new server that i did on the old one ??

If you upgrade your operating system, your TSplus license may be incorrect afterward depending on the version of TSplus you are currently using. Applying the latest update after upgrading your server should suffice.
