Is there a way to populate the username automatically?

We have another system that the user is logged into and therefore we already know their username. It would be faster for the user if all they have to do is enter their password.

Yes you can, open an admin tool, click on the webmaster toolkit, in the preference tab fill in the username and / or password and then save your webpage by clicking on the publish button.

Sorry, to clarify.. I mean to be able to feed it in based on the URL. I dont want to create a custom page for each user, I want my CMS to pass it to the TSPlus login.
