I have one question before purchase.
If my main PC spoilt in the future. Can I use back the same lic. file in the new PC?
Or I will need to request a new lic file? Any charges for that?

If you change your PC you will be able to ask for a "rehost" of your license to your new PC, by opening a ticket on our support online service ( http://tsplus.net/support/ ).

Hi,
I have purchased TS Plus, but now i need to move the TS PLUS to another server.
can i just use the current License file i have to activate the TS Plus or do i need to request for a new license? if need to request is there any charges?? if there is a need to request for a new license how long do i need to wait for the new license? how to deactivate the old license?
please advice regarding what do i need to do and what information do i need to provide you with?

Hello,
Please open a ticket on http://tsplus.net/support and ask for a "rehost" of your license to your new server.
Give us your order id and serial number of the new server.
To desactivate your old license, uninstall TSPlus from the old server.
