Running TSPlus on a Windows 10 Machine

One of users needs VPN connection to Remote Server

Starting VPN Client KILLLS access to TSPlus

Any ideas?

You need to allow access to RDP protocol TCP 3389/443/80 depending on your connection method preference through your VPN router.
