After server chrash, only 2 users can connect

Hi,

we had a server crash and after reboot, TSplus allows only 2 users to connect to the Server.

We tried to uninstall and reinstall TSplus, but the error remains.

While installing, TSplus shows this Message:

We are using Windows Server 2019 for a long time on this installation with several TSplus updates over the last 2 years.

We used the current TSplus release 14.70.5.18 and Server 2019 release 10.0.177763.1971 with all windows updates.

We need a quick solution here, our customer is not able to work.

I also tried this hint from another support ticket i found:

But the problem remains, only 2 users can connect.

I opened a support ticket (#35560) and i hope, that someone from TSplus will work on this ticket on the weekend.

I had the same and it was because I had installed a Windows "Preview" Update.
Un-install the "Windows Preview Update" and all will work as expected.
