SSL Issue with TSplus 14.70.4.30

I installed TSplus 14.70.4.30 on a new Server W2019.

After installation, when i wanted to activate a SSL certificate, i got the following error:

The server can connect to the internet, Port 80 and 443 are open for incoming and outgoing traffic.

I tried to add a blanc file "notAfter.txt" because this file was missing at the specific folder but then other error messages came up.

Is this a know issue with the letsencrypt process in this release and how can i fix it?
