Repeated Audit Failure - 4625 in event log

I am getting these constantly - a few a second, and its all the time.
Windows 7 Pro, TSPlus ver 14.10.7.13 Mobile web edition
TS Plus Advanced Security Essentials 5.0.7.13
see attached txt file for one of the events, and the jpg shows the frequency of failed logons
Also a screenshot of Security - IP's
the user name will change all the time
Every day or so I have to reboot as I can't log on remotely - maybe all the failed logons are causing the system to hang or something?

How can I stop these failed logons - I have no IP's that I can block from the Audit

Any help appreciated - not sure what to do next
