Clients can't login on the TSPlus Server

Hello,

Clients can't logon on the TSPlus Server (v. 12.70.5.12), blocked after credentials on TSPlus Portal.
Windows 10 Pro v1909.

System audit check:
TSPlusError.2020.05.15.PNG
TSPlus Advanced Security log for each user:
"A logon request has been granted for user computer\User because the feature is not enabled for this user"

I tested from my home computer, I can log with the same credentials of my clients and i have also the same message in TSPlus Advanced Security log.

for information, here is the Session Management settings:

Hello,

For Information:
Client can now login with new version 12.70.5.15.

Still issues with System Audit:

'Application Publishing Service' and 'Remote Desktop Services' must be running in order for TSplus to allow users to connect to the server.
