Licence file not valid when reinstall system (SSD Died)

Hello,
We have the following message:
TSPlus Licence Error.PNG
(4.61 KiB) Downloaded 51 times
when we add the backed up licence file on the fresh OS install.
The licence is outdated but continued to work before SSD died.

How can I get a new licence file ? Is this because the serial Number of TSPlus change ?

We get TSPlus in 2016, maintenance until 2018 and work fine (without update until today).
This licence of TSPlus is on a laptop for local demo.
