Licence file not valid when reinstall system (SSD Died)

Hello,
We have the following message: when we add the backed up licence file on the fresh OS install.
The licence is outdated but continued to work before SSD died.
How can I get a new licence file ? Is this because the serial Number of TSPlus change ?
We get TSPlus in 2016, maintenance until 2018 and work fine (without update until today).
This licence of TSPlus is on a laptop for local demo.
