Hello,
I have TSPlus 12.20.11.7
I have several instance of svcr.exe from several path for the same user session in the task manager:
-1) C:\Program Files (x86)\TSplus\UserDesktop\files\svcr.exe
-2) C:\ProgramData\svcr.exe
-3) C:\wsession\svcr.exe

Is this normal ? It seems to be fixed in the changelog multiple times.
Is it possible to have a clean installation ? Which is the good one ?

Yes this is normal as you are using an old release here. I would recommend you to first update to the latest release and try again.

It was 12.50.11.7 not 12.20.11.7, typing error, sorry.
Now i'm on 12.50.11.20 and it's always several instance of svcr.exe for the same user session.

Having multiple instances of svcr.exe is normal, there may be one per application launched.

Ok but it is stored to multiple path:
-1) C:\Program Files (x86)\TSplus\UserDesktop\files\svcr.exe
-2) C:\ProgramData\svcr.exe
-3) C:\wsession\svcr.exe
and proccess are executed from all of the 3 above. Is this Normal ?

Yes this is normal, this will vary depending on your connection method.
