Error Message:
The release of 10.0.18362.267 win_10 is not supported.

After Windows 10 update 1903 TSP 12.30.5.9 is now in single user mode connecting with RDP or web client.

I went ahead and installed the TSP 12.40.7.15 upgrade even though there was a warning message that this windows 10 build is not supported.
The TSP upgrade continued without a problem. However, TSP is still in single user mode connecting with RDP or web client.

If some advice does happen shortly, I am probably going to uninstall the Windows 10 1903 update. We need TSP server to function as normal on Monday.

We are currently working on this issue and will keep you updated as soon as possible.

Yesterday evening I did a Windows 10 Recovery to uninstall 1903 and revert back to 1809. I re-installed TSP 12.30.5.9 and everything is now working correctly.

A new TSplus update is available which should solve this issue.

Applied both the TSplus latest update and the Windows 10 1903 update. Both successful this time.
