Hi,

on one of my TSplus-Servers i get this error when connecting via Windows client or web client.

This is an issue which pops up from time to time.

What can cause this error?

I think i know what i made wrong:

I placed this GPO (mentioned in an other thread) within the domain GPOs, not in the local GPOs on the TSplus server:
  • Computer Configuration > Administrative Templates > Windows Components > Remote Desktop Services > Remote Desktop Session Host > Security
  • then enable 'Require use of specific security layer for remote (RDP) connections' and select 'RDP' as Security Layer
  • then disable 'Require user authentication for remote connections by using Network Level Authentication policy'
  • finally: gpupdate /force
will see, if this works on the long run...

hmm...

after these changes, it works but the security icon is gone in the RDP-Topbar.

Does this means, that my connection is not secure (SSL encrypted) anymore?

Hi,

there is no GPO "Encryption Oracle Remediation" in Credential Delegation on my Windows 2012 R2 Server. Or should this be set on the client?

If so, this is no solution for us. These are customer clients and we cannot change anything there nor force the customer to do so.

See attached Screenshot.

Hello,

it is server side setting and it should be there on Windows 2012 R2 Server
If not, upgrade your Windows system firstly and install all missed patches.
