We have problem with few clients. On connecting dialog, when click on "Show Details" there is message from subject: RDP session not recognized! Running in console session?

Sometimes connecting dialog stay on screen after connected and assigned application (or TSPlus taskbar) run inside "Show Details" of that dialog (!).

We moved that user from one TSPlus server to another and problem remains.

This issue may occur if you are trying to connect to the console session that is opened on the server, while having set in the session management settings of session tab of the admin tool with :"Only one session allowed per user".

Change that setting to "Allow multiple user per session" and you should be all set.

This issue may also occur if you use the /console switch when connecting to a TSplus server with mstsc :

With standard rdp client, connect to the console by using the correct "/admin" or "/console" switches (mstsc.exe /admin or mstsc.exe /console) depending on the Remote Desktop Client (RDC) version being used. The Remote Desktop Client (RDC) 6.1 no longer uses the "/console" switch to connect to the session 0
