TSPLus .connect not working in 936ZHO

Hi,
Has create a .connect file under Server 2012r2 (English OS) but could not work under
Chinese OS (936 code page) Windows 7/10 Pro
Double click on .connect icon and popup screen show
Remote Access
Login xxxxxx Connect
Password xxxxx
[check box] Allow me to save credential
Kindly advise.
