Windows server 2016, TSP 12.20.2.16

A weird bug that occured just recently. RecentIy being around 1 week. started having problems using the windows application "Remote Desktop Connection". That never happened before. So I wasn't sure where to start to resolve this.

The problem is that I have to launch that application a lot of times before I'm able to have access to my server. I also noticed a weird bug occuring after a new installation of TSP. I created another message about my "Target RDP server not accessible."

FInally I found how to have access to my server every time. Yeaaaah! In the admin tool I stopped the built in http server. I closed my remote desktop connection. that solved the problem that I had when trying to use the app "Remote Desktop Connection". Now I'm able to logon my web server every time. So it looks like the problem is linked directly to a newer version of TSP that I installed recently. I just hope that now, you guys will find what is causing this behavior in TSP as fast as possible.

That is a strange bug indeed. It sounds more like an application or service is conflicting with TSplus web services here. You could check that port tcp 80 and 443 are not in use by performing a netstat -nao.

If that issue persist, please open a support ticket and provide us with a way to reproduce this issue so that we can investigate.

On my side nothing changed that could explain that behavior.

I only apply WS2016 patches and upgrades to TSPlus. I also have the applications that will be used by remote users. That's it, nothing more.
