Windows server 2016, TSP 12.20.2.16
In the system audit I have an error
Error - The 'prints' folder should exist in the Web Root Folder.
Should I create a folder somewhere? I guess that that creation should be automatic?
What should I do now?
Prints folder should be there
Re: Prints folder should be there
yes, create the folder. I had the same message in one of my installation, created the folder and all was good again. Don't ask me, why the folder was suddenly gone...

Hello,
Reinstall latest update and reboot as it should solve this issue or manually create the folder as suggested above by Michael. Make sure users have read/write access so they can print remotely using the HTML5 web client.

Re: Prints folder should be there
This bug has been there for months. Manually creating only works temporarily. It is a known bug and according to the ticket I opened a couple months ago should be fixed in the next release.
