Is there any way to enable the Alt+Tab on the remote computer as it works on MS RDP?

This option is available in the display tab of the client generator.

Is there any way of having this fixxed as a Session Preference instead of having to change X users by making them a new client?

Hello,
Unfortunately this setting is set on client side only. You will need to generate a new connection client for your users or use this procedure to edit the settings of existing client to add manually the -alttab 0 switch as shown here :
