Terminal Service Plus

Over the weekend I figured it was time to upgrade to 11.6 as I was running 11.3. I am running Windows 10 Pro and since the upgrade to 11.6.10.5 I am unable to get more then 1 user to successfully to connect, the 1st user can get in with no issue however the other users never get past a black screen, no errors or anything. Also their username name never shows up on in task manager under the user tab.

On 11.3 I had no issues.

Any help would be great.

I regret to buy update license ... I pay more that 500Dollars to get an update not stable

funny I did the same thing, I was like I am a little bit behind let me buy support and upgrade and now I am dead in the water...

I am working with support to see we can get the issue fixed, I have uninstalled and reinstalled with no luck and now my license is not working either... Oliver and his group will make it right they always do

I have installing the update and still not able to log in with more than 1 user at a time.

I am running 11.60.10.8 after the update

I reinstalled from a previous version backup.
When this version is more stable I will try to update again.

My issue was related to an unsupported video driver, Oliver and his team help me figure that out
