Can someone enlighten me on this as this may have been already a setting that I missed?

I love the dynamic resize of the screens when my app.exe is used in 1024 or higher resolutions. That's fine. However, smaller screens like mobile/tablet, using the TSplus app, it zooms out to fit the whole app.exe screens. I wonder if I can control what "sections" of the screen (ie. viewport) I want to show depending on the resolution? i.e. zoom to a particular section. I know the app has zoom in/out but can that be controlled?
