Web client will not load application

Hi,
Recently setup a new client on latest version of TSPlus.
The remote apps (when generated via client generator) work well but on the html client, once i login,, it says loading applications... and it stays there. See attached.
Even if i click on remote app or HTML5 client on the web interface, it does not make any difference.

Hello,

Open an admin tool / web tile / application portal, and uncheck the application portal box. Refresh your client browser and try again. This issue may occur because of insufficient right for the end user to launch the application portal.

If this fails also, assign the remote desktop to a test user and set it as local admin. Test your applications, this should provide with more information on the nature of your issue. Then enable the application portal and try again.
