Can you please review the below email information submitted.

With my recent install and 2 install license migrations I cannot get our system tray remoteapp to display?

Our main program (GeeDee Desktop) will launch our emailhandler app and minimise it to systray. It works fine under the web portion but under the remoteapp EXE it fails to display?

It appears in processes fine but we cannot access from SystTray. What am I not setting to display?

It works and loads fine under all past installs but is now not displaying on recent installs. I am missing something here?

Hi Olivier

Can you please assist with below. Current situation is happening on both my 2 recent migrations and a new install?
The 2 recent installs are no longer displaying the System Tray icons from the remotely launched application.
Can you suggest a way I can get this back?

EXAMPLES:
In the bottom Right Hand Corner our email loads as seen below.
“GeeDee Email Handler (Remote)” is how it will load on other older installs.

Is there somewhere I can control this option?

Can anyone suggest an option where I can enable this function to display systray items correct with remoteapp EXE?

Hello,

The Systray notification in RemoteApp is always a Windows problem.

As you possibly know, when you are using the TSplus RemoteApp, you are using the default Windows feature.
TSplus is not doing more, and is not doing less than Windows
We just use Windows RemoteApp "as is".

To fix such problem: Google is your customer best friend.

If you type with Google "RemoteApp systray notification" you will find many articles describing "what to do".
