How to redirect scanner?

I have a Brother ADS-2800w installed via wifi network. I have two offices, office a and office b.
Office A has the server. (192.168.2.0/24)
Office B has the scanner. (192.168.3.0/24)
Not linked together via VPN.
Using TS Plus.
I've installed the scanner on the server in Office A and then moved it to Office B where it will stay.
The users in Office B use TS Plus to RDP into the server in Office A. They want to be able to use the scanner thru RDP to store files directly on the server thru the RDP connection.
Is this possible? If so, how can we do it?
Alternatively I guess I could buy routers that handle VPN traffic and do that, but I'd like to try this route first, however this is a very small company with old network equipment.
Thanks.
