Delay Launching Application

Hello,
I'm trying to troubleshoot an issue with a delay starting an application. Here is my environment:
2 TSPlus Enterprise servers on the latest versions
DNS record pointing to Server01
Server01 is setup with "Assign Servers to Users"
The issue:
- When I point my account to Server01 and launch an application from the web client (remoteapp) it launches the application in 3 seconds.
- When I point my account to Server02 and launch the same application it has a 15 second delay and then launches the client. During the delay if I show details it is a black screen for the first 15 seconds.
I have tried pointing my URL to Server02 with the same results.
On Server02 I have setup "Assign Servers to Users" to also point my account to Server02 with the same results.
I RDP to the server and login with the same account and there is no 15 second delay.
Anyone else dealt with this kind of issue? Any thoughts on other tests?
