Win 2016/AMD AMD Ryzen

We have 5 servers, four are 2012R2 on Intel processors, and one on WindowsServer2016 on AMD Ryzen 1700. That server has some serious issues with login, where, after some time it start disconnecting users soon (5-6sec after login). It never gets to show or start our app set for that user in TSPlus Admin Tool. When this starts to happen, there are less than 10 users online. (Win2012R2 server are handling more than 100 users at the same time)
This login problem des not happen for all users at the same time. Clients having issues are from different systems (Win10, Win7, XP). We do have a lot of experience with TSPlus, and did try all standard helper routines (deleting RDP6 folders at clients, checking startup itmes, etc), but we where unable to resolve issue with this server.
Can you help us? Did we miss something? Are there anyknown issues with WinServer 2016, or with AMD Ryzen processors?
