Upload custom folder is not honored

In Web portal preferences -> Upload -> Custom Folder, I've set a value = "O:\UPLOAD".
Problem: it still saves uploaded files to the users' desktop.

Version = TSPlus v10.50.12.4

This may means that you do not have sufficient rights to access this folder from your remote session.
