Applications are not showing in start menu like they are supposed to.

In the start menu, application shortcut must be copied in the user profile folder : C:\Users\Name of the user\Start Menu\Programs

So this has to be done manually on over 30 laptops then?

What has to be done on your 30 client laptop is the deployment of a TSplus connection client, which can be done remotely by providing a download link of the client by email to your users or the url of the web portal if you are using a Mobile edition of TSplus.
