I have several Windows10-VMs on a Windows 2016 Hyper-V core Server. In TSplus I configured, that a programm starts automatically if a user logs in. After ending this program, the user was automatically logged out. This works fine in all VMs.
Now I try to install Kaspersky Internet security 2018 on one VM. All is running fine again, but if I end the program, Windows appears with the blue logout-screen as usual, but then the screen gets black and nothing more happens. I can close the RDP-Session manually and reconnect without problems, but logout does not work.
I deinstall Kaspersky and now, all is running fine and logout is done automatically and RDP-session was closed as exspected.
I use and RDP-exe build with TSplus-client generator.
Any tipps, what I can do?
Problems with Kaspersky, Windows 10 and TSplus
Re: Problems with Kaspersky, Windows 10 and TSplus
Hello,
This means that your antivirus quarantine the file. We often had some issues in the past with antivirus as we do use some scripting in our code. This is why it is recommend to deactivate your antivirus before installing TSPlus and set an exclusion rule on installation path is also highly recommended.
You will need to set an exclusion rule in your antivirus on the following path : C:\Program Files (86)\TSPlus and C:\wsession
On client side the exclusion is to be set the following path : C:\Users\Nameoftheuser\RDP6
Feel free to contact your antivirus editor to ask them to add TSplus in their white list again : http://www.techsupportalert.com/content ... ll_Vendors
